I’ve caught myself feeling like choosing not to have kids means I have to leave something else behind to make up for it. Build something big. Help more people. Have something impressive to point to. And truly, that sounds exhausting and IS exhausting. I, of course, want to do things I’m proud of. But I also like the idea that a full life of love, friendships, and ordinary happy days is enough on its own. Does leaving a legacy matter to you? Good to know 😂 My 30 to 34 challenge is complete, and I’m proud of it! Even with the missed days, late-night walking pad sessions, and very ambitious hydration plans. Heading into 34 with a better idea of what works for me, a few habits worth keeping, and zero plans to spend every evening chasing a step count.
